Common Topics
I can't access the members area. Double-check the email you received after purchase — your login details and the link to the members area are in there. Check your spam/promotions folder if you don't see it. Still stuck? Email us.
I want a refund. No problem. Within 30 days of your purchase, just email us with your order details and we'll process a full refund — no questions asked.
I didn't receive my access email. Sometimes emails take a few minutes to arrive. If after 15 minutes you still haven't received yours, please check spam/promotions or get in touch and we'll resend it manually.
Can I get an invoice/receipt? Yes — email us with your order details and we'll send one over.
